关于组织参加“亚太文具协会联盟年会”的邀请函--暨有关编印2011年《亚太文具协会联盟年会展柜和会刊》的通知

各会员单位：

“亚太文具行业协会联盟”于2006年在中国宁波创立，它是一个友谊沟通和信息交流的平台，其宗旨是加强亚太区文具行业的交流，并与国际文具行业的国际惯例和行规接轨，共同推进亚太区文具行业的健康发展。成立至今，已先后在宁波、台湾、新加波、汕头和马来西亚举办了五届年会。

2011年第六届“亚太文具协会联盟年会”经过亚太文具协会联盟的推举，由广州文具行业协会承办，该年会定于2011年10月30日在“广州番禺长隆酒店”（即110届广州进出口商品交易会第三期开幕前一天）隆重召开！

为将本次年会举办的更好，本次年会将编印《亚太文具协会联盟年会会刊》。现将其会刊广告征稿函送达阁下，请阁下积极认刊，并以书面形式回复秘书处。

 

本年会设展柜宣传：

在“亚太文具协会联盟年会”会场内设“展柜”供企业做品牌推广及产品宣传，尺寸为120cmX240cm，展柜收费标准为5000元/个，展柜数量有限，采用先预定后确认方式定位。

本届年会编印会刊杂志：

本“年会”将编印《亚太文具协会联盟年会会刊》，该《会刊》尺寸大度16开（285mmX210mm）规格制作，特向同行同仁征集广告，会刊收费标准：每版（P）为4000元，欢迎来电详询。
