ECHA拟将13类物质列入REACH授权清单

2011年6月中旬，欧洲化学品管理局（ECHA）在其网站上就13类化学物质是否列入授权清单（即附件XVII），向公众提出意见咨询，该咨询的截至日期为2011年9月14日。这些物质为：

l 三氧化铬（Chromium trioxide）；

l 铬酸，铬酸及二铬酸的低聚物（Chromic acid, Oligomers of chromic acid and dichromic acid）；

l 重铬酸钠（Sodium dichromate）；

l 重铬酸钾（Potassium dichromate）；

l 重铬酸铵（Ammonium dichromate）；

l 铬酸钾（Potassium chromate）；

l 铬酸钠（Sodium chromate）；

l 三氯乙烯（Trichloroethylene）；

l 硫酸钴（Cobalt sulfate）

l 氯化钴（Cobalt dichloride）；

l 硝酸钴（Cobalt dinitrate）；

l 碳酸钴（Cobalt carbonate）；

l 醋酸钴（Cobalt diacetate）。

这些物质，多为第三批SVHC（高关注物质）和第四批的SVHC。
