●美国企业对特定墨粉补充盒及其组件提起337调查申请

2021年3月8日，美国Canon Inc., Canon U.S.A. Inc.、美国Canon Virginia, Inc.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定墨粉补充盒及其组件（Toner Supply Containers and Components Thereof）侵犯了其专利权。
